Sessions Times, earnings examples
Driifloat sessions are typically most effective as a 30-minute ‘power nap’ duration. Longer sessions from 60-minutes mid to 90-minutes long, give patients options to work with sessions that support particular recovery needs.
The Driifloat Manager system app will automate session times throughout the day on a 30, 60, 90 minute session option, or can be adjusted to any customised schedule.
We suggest establishing a tiered fee approach with off peak session times at early and late, and peak sessions late morning to mid-afternoon.
Maintenance
Between sessions ensure the membrane is clean. The easiest method is a brief wipe down using antiseptic wipes and general tidiness of the suite.
Monthly and 3 monthly checks will ensure the water solution is maintained. Detailed instructions for installation and preparing the water salt solution are given in the Installation & Maintenance Manual.
Financial profile
Driifloat sessions can be charged at suitable commercial rates. A daily schedule can calculate as follows:
Open time 9am to 9pm, 12-hour day, 7 days a week
30-minute standard sessions on 45-minute change-over schedule
12 hours = 16 standard sessions per day, 112 sessions per week
With 2 weeks downtime per year, 50 weeks = 5600 sessions per year
At average session fee $25 at maximum occupancy = $140k revenue
Occupancy at 60% = $84k revenue per year
Occupancy at 80% = $112k revenue per year
Occupancy percentage is achieved through clear customer communications, effective marketing, consistent social media presence, acceptable session rates and maximising occupancy desire by tiered rates on a Peak/Off-peak timetable.

Driifloat is the least-cost, easy solution for floatation therapy in your own home. Great for regular use and to be able to share with family and friends. Driifloat will bring you maximum benefit when you can float as often as you need and will contribute to the long-term health of the whole family.
Driifloat can be incorporated into any type of room with sufficient space and access. Delivered ready to go, self-install is straight-forward and ongoing maintenance is minimal. We provide online assistance throughout the whole process and 24/7 customer service once you’re up and running.
